Dr. Leow Khang Leng serves as a Consultant Cardiologist at the Nobel Heart Centre located within Mount Elizabeth Novena. He earned his Medical degree from the University of Sheffield and became a Member of the Royal College of Physicians (MRCP), U.K in 2002. His expertise was further refined through Advanced Specialist Training in Cardiology at the National Heart Centre Singapore, which he completed in 2010.

In 2011, Dr. Leow transitioned to Khoo Teck Puat Hospital (KTPH) where he was honored with the Health Manpower Development Plan award to specialize in interventional cardiology at Liverpool Hospital in Sydney, Australia.

After concluding his training, Dr. Leow returned to KTPH and played an integral role in establishing the 24-hour primary angioplasty service in the northern region of Singapore.

His specialization lies in interventional cardiology, and he possesses extensive experience in performing invasive procedures such as balloon catheter angioplasty, coronary angiography, coronary stenting, emergency heart attack treatment, and intra-aortic balloon pump insertion.
